This site aims to provide to the GIS community a variety of examples of GIS programming. The focus of the information found here will be on ESRI's ArcGIS 8.x suite and the customization of these programs using VBA/VB and ArcObjects. Original scripts and extensions (some free, some licensed) will be regularly added and updated. Source code for some of the free scripts may also be available for download so that the functionality may be expanded upon or incorporated into your own projects.

In addition to ArcObjects, there will also be examples of work done with other GIS programming environments such as Geotools, an open-source GIS programming toolkit for Java.

This site is in its infancy and will be changing often over the next several months. Feedback is always welcome.
